Oceanview Landscape is Hiring a Lead Intake Specialist Near Watermill, NY

Lead Intake Specialist Responsibilities: 

  1. Initial Lead Engagement: Be the first point of contact for potential clients and establish a rapport. Understand the client's needs while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.
  2. Pre-Qualification: Evaluate the potential fit between the client's needs and the company's services. This involves discussing project specifics, budgetary constraints, and timelines.
  3. Effective Communication: Must be articulate and well-spoken, with the ability to discuss financial aspects confidently. Should be transparent about the suitability of the company for the client's requirements, even if it means acknowledging that the company might not be the best fit.
  4. Handle Reluctant Clients: Employ tactful strategies to extract necessary information from leads who might be hesitant or not forthcoming in providing answers to pre-qualifying questions.
  5. Lead Handoff: Once a lead is deemed qualified, smoothly transition the lead to the appropriate team member or department to take the next steps.
  6. Lead Tracking: Monitor the journey of leads through the sales process. This includes keeping records of interactions, appointments, and feedback.
  7. Sales Metrics: Regularly track and report on sales goals versus actual results, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Administer and manage NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys for clients whose projects have been completed. This will ensure feedback on the quality of work and overall client satisfaction. NPS management to leverage scores and the feedback received to drive meaningful change in the organization, aiming to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  9. Reporting: Compile and present regular reports detailing sales metrics and customer satisfaction levels. Provide insights and recommendations based on the collected data.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Regularly attend training sessions, workshops, or seminars to stay updated on the latest industry trends and to hone customer service skills.
  11. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and a consistent experience for the client.
  12. Admin: Miscellaneous admin taks as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software. Copper CRM, Trello, Excel formulas.
  • Strong understanding of the high-end landscaping industry in our area.
  • Ability to handle challenging client situations with tact and diplomacy.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting sales and feedback data.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
